Stage Five is positioned in the West building and has access to both the North and South parking lots. Stage Five is one of CSC’s new state of the art stages and represents our renewed vision and committment in the film industry. CSC has the expertise to provide films with individualized management operations to answer to the fast change that is happening in the industry. There is a total rentable space of 104,000 sq. ft.. There is one overhead door that allows access to Stage Five from the outside. Directly connected to Stage Five are makeup rooms and wardrobes, a set dec., parking spots for large vehicles and trailers, office suites and bullpens, lock up areas, ample storage areas, executive parking spots, production offices and conference rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, an art department, and adequate power to meet your production needs. Additionally, CSC has partners that can provide more power, if needed.
